Clayton Moorse, 6
Clayton is a brave and determined young fighter who was diagnosed with a wilms tumor on November 29, 2021. After undergoing surgery to remove the tumor—along with his left kidney—he faced an intense treatment journey, including targeted radiation and 34 rounds of chemotherapy. Through it all, Clayton showed incredible resilience, and on July 28, 2022, he completed treatment with no signs of recurrence. Today, he remains cancer-free!
Now a kindergartener at Merriman Park Elementary, Clayton is full of energy and curiosity. He dreams of becoming a scientist or doctor to help make cancer medicine. He loves swimming, sports, Transformers, Legos, and playing games like Candyland and Trouble. His spaceship-themed room shows his adventurous spirit, and he enjoys vacations—especially playing in the river at Broken Bow.
Clayton is thrilled to be part of the Children’s Cancer Fund Gala to support fellow kids fighting cancer. Donate in honor of Clayton below.
