2026 Children’s Cancer Fund Annual Raffle Rules & Regulations 

Raffle Drawing: May 15th, 2026

GENERAL: Ticket purchases are not tax deductible or refundable. By entering the raffle, participants agree that CCF, its representatives (including volunteers, beneficiaries and sponsors) have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize of by participation in the sweepstakes. Prize must be claimed (within 30 days of the golf tournament). The prize is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. CCF may use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. CCF is not responsible for any failure of the U.S. postal system, telephone communications, Internet and email communications, and/or CCF's website. CCF reserves the right to modify these rules and will promptly announce any rule changes. All decisions of CCF are final and binding in all matters related to this raffle.

TAX OBLIGATIONS: Prize recipient is responsible for all local, state and federal taxes, including federal income taxes with respect to the prize selected, and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Children's Cancer Fund will file an IRS Form 1099 MISC with the Internal Revenue Service reporting the value of the prize as income to the winner. Winner must show proof of social security number, and submit a completed Form W-9, to CCF. This is for tax recording purposes only, and will not be used or released for any other purposes.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older as of May 15th, 2026. Present and past employees of CCF Employees, and their immediate family members (including spouses and domestic partners) are ineligible. CCF is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, illegible or mutilated entries. Winner must show proof of a valid driver's license in order to claim the prize. CCF reserves the right to revoke any prize or remove an entry if the entrant does not meet any or all of the eligibility requirements, or if the entry or winning ticket has been damaged or altered.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: By participating in the CCF raffle, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of CCF. The Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release and show proof of a valid driver's license in order to claim prize.

Children's Cancer Fund is a 501c3 tax-exempt not-for-profit. Financials are available upon request.
